We collect only what we need to rent you a car safely: contact details, rental preferences, identity-verification results, payment records, and vehicle inspection records.

Identity checks are performed by a specialized verification provider. We store the verification result rather than extra copies of your documents.

Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

We send texts only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We never send license or financial details by text.
